Nasal Spray Feeder and Capping Unit for Automated Bottle Assembly

This unit is developed for use in automatic or semi-automatic filling lines for nasal preparations. It captures, positions, and securely screws dosing nozzles onto bottle necks. The structure is made of high-grade stainless steel (AISI 304 or 316L), compliant with GMP standards and suitable for sanitary cleaning.

The mechanism operates via a pneumatic actuator and gripper, providing consistent and damage-free application. Ideal for sterile environments and high-throughput production lines.

Used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and medical production for the secure mounting and sealing of nasal dispensers (sprayers, nozzles) on bottles from 10 ml to 30 ml and more.
