The personnel air shower is designed to remove particles and surface contaminants from personnel garments before entering cleanroom areas. The system uses a high-velocity HEPA-filtered airflow directed through multiple nozzles to reduce the risk of contamination transfer into GMP zones.

The unit is individually engineered according to facility parameters, cleanroom classification, and production process requirements.

Personnel Air Shower for GMP Cleanrooms

The air shower is used in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and sterile manufacturing facilities for contamination control during personnel transfer between zones with different cleanliness requirements.

The system generates an intensive horizontal airflow with high-velocity air jets, providing efficient removal of dust and particles from cleanroom garments before entering controlled environments.

Air passes through a two-stage filtration system consisting of F7 and HEPA H14 filters, after which it is distributed through nozzles inside the working chamber. This configuration creates a controlled decontamination zone without disturbing the cleanroom air balance.

Air distribution is performed through 12 nozzles installed inside the chamber. This configuration ensures uniform personnel cleaning throughout the entire operator standing area.
