200 L Mobile Process Reactor
The DATAPHARM 200 L mobile reactor is a professional system engineered for technological processes requiring precise mixing and safe movement between production zones.
The vessel is manufactured from high-quality AISI 304/316L stainless steel. The internal surface is polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, preventing dead zones, ensuring hygienic handling, and simplifying cleaning.
The design supports multiple agitator types (anchor, propeller, frame) and includes a robust drive with IP55–IP65 protection. Depending on process requirements, the reactor may be equipped with a sealed lid featuring ports for sensors, vacuum, raw material loading, and CIP/SIP cleaning.
A reinforced mobile frame with swivel castors and brakes ensures safe and easy movement inside cleanrooms. This makes the reactor an ideal solution for production areas requiring flexibility and rapid configuration changes.
The system is suitable for mixing, dissolution, dispersion, homogenization, and temporary storage of intermediates. Fully GMP compliant, the reactor can be customized to meet specific process needs.
