300 L Stainless Steel Process Reactor
The DATAPHARM 300 L reactor is a high-precision system engineered for technological processes requiring controlled mixing, temperature, and pressure. Manufactured from AISI 304/316L stainless steel with an internal surface polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, the reactor prevents dead zones and simplifies sanitary maintenance.
The sealed lid features inlets for raw materials, vacuum connection, instrumentation, and CIP cleaning. The heating/cooling jacket allows efficient operation at temperatures from 0 to +150 °C (depending on configuration). The gear-driven agitator ensures stable mixing performance, while reinforced legs provide equipment stability during operation.
The reactor is suitable for dissolution, emulsification, homogenization, reactions, pasteurization, and intermediate processing. Fully compliant with GMP and adaptable to customer-specific technological requirements.
