70 L Process Reactor with Hinged Lid
The DATAPHARM 70 L reactor is a compact yet high-precision processing system developed for applications requiring controlled mixing, temperature regulation, and hygienic operation.
The vessel is manufactured from AISI 304/316L stainless steel, known for corrosion resistance and suitability for GMP environments. The internal surface is polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, preventing dead zones and simplifying cleaning.
A key feature of the design is its hinged lid, providing quick access to the process chamber, easy ingredient loading, visual inspection, and simplified maintenance. The lid can be equipped with a sight glass, ports for raw material feeding, vacuum line, sensors, and CIP/SIP washing.
The gear-driven agitator ensures uniform mixing of liquid and viscous media. The system can be optionally equipped with a heating/cooling jacket for precise thermal control.
This reactor is suitable for emulsification, dissolution, dispersion, homogenization, pasteurization, and intermediate preparation. Fully GMP-compliant, it can be customized to meet specific process requirements.
