Description

The Stainless Steel DIN11864 Sanitary Union (also known as RJT or BSM union) is forged and polished to Ra 0.4–0.6 inside, with FDA-compliant gaskets (EPDM, silicone, PTFE, NBR). Available in sizes 1/2"–4", it supports both O-ring and stepped seals, making it ideal for CIP applications due to minimal crevices. Perfect for food, beverage, dairy, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries.

Feature of the Stainless Steel DIN11864 Sanitary Union:

RJT union is also called BSM union, CIP unions.

Both O ring Joint type and stepped RJT seal is available.

Due to the small crevice, the RJT unions can be widely used for CIP applications.

Size: 1/2"-4".

Inner Ra 0.6, External Ra 0.8.

Grade: SS304, SS316L.

Inner Ra0.4 to meet food requirement; surface is smooth and elegant.

Gaskets are compliant with FDA.

Made from forging.
