Description

The Stainless Steel SMS Complete Union is made to Swedish Manufacturing Standards and includes a round nut, weld male, liner, and joint ring seal. Available in long, short, and expanding types, it's CNC-machined from forged SS304 or SS316L with a smooth, crevice-free finish and Ra 0.5 inside. Suitable for food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, it meets international hygiene standards in sizes DN10–300 (1/2”–10”).

SMS union is as per Swedish Manufacturing standard.

SMS union is the most popular standard in the world.

The SMS union includes SMS round nut SMS-13R, SMS weld male SMS-15, SMS liner SMS-14 and square joint ring seal.

The long type, short type and expanding type SMS unions are available.

It is ecnomic, smooth and crevice-free.

Made from forging.

Machined by high precise CNC machine.

After machining, the inside Ra 0.5.

Standard: DIN, SMS, ISO, 3A, BPE, IDF, AS, BS,RJT.

Size: DN10-300, 1/2”-10”.

Material: SS304, SS316L.

Gasket: EPDM, SILICONE, PFTE, NBR.

Surface finish: Non polishing, the raw surface after machining.
