Description

The Stainless Steel Hygienic Manual Extended Sample Valve is made of SS304 or SS316L with silicone or EPDM gaskets and has a maximum pressure of 1000 kPa (closed) and 500 kPa for silicone (open). It allows sampling during production without stopping the process, and is sterilized by alcohol or steam, with a long service life. The valve features a diaphragm seal, with an internal surface of Ra 0.5um and an external surface of Ra 0.8um.

Features of the Stainless Steel Hygienic Manual Extended Sample Valve:

The valve body: SS304 or SS316L Valve head: SS304.

Gasket: Silicone, EPDM.

Max. pressure: 1000kpa ( valve close).

Max. pressure: 500Kpa for silicone  ( valve open), 1000Kpa for stainless steel part  ( valve open).

.Max. temperature: 130 degree.

Normally we change the gasket after 100 times sterilization.

Long service life.

Easy to sterilize.

Sampling work can be done any time during production, no need to stop production.

Sterilization by alcohol or steam.Material sealed by diaphragm directly

No second -time contamination, bulk or mini sample allowed.

Inside surface: Ra 0.5um
