Description

The Sanitary 3-way mixproof valves are controlled by compressed air and feature two independent seals, creating a leakage chamber to prevent contamination and mixing. The valve can be cleaned by a CIP system and is equipped with options for smart controllers and position sensors for remote monitoring. It offers easy maintenance, no dead angles, and no contact with the drain system.

Features of the Sanitary 3way mixproof valves:

Sanitary double seat mic-proof valves are controlled by means of compressed air. They valve is a normally closed valve.

The mix-proo valve has two independent plug seals, forming a leakage chamber between them under atmospheric pressure during ordinary working condition. In case of accident or leakage, the valve will flow into the leakage chamber and discharge through the leakage outlet. This will not case contamination or mixing.

When the valve is open, the leakage chamber is closed. The valve can flow from one pipe to another. The valve can be cleaned by CIP system.

The mix-proof valve can be equipped with smart controller, which can carry out remote control and real-time monitoring. It can also be equipped with position sensor.
