Features of the Sanitary DIN Manual Direct Way Diaphragm Valve:

The gasket for the diaphragm valve perform as an important part in controling the flow rate. Our gasket is qualified with 3A certificate. The valve is clean, sanitary, easy remaintenance, easy operation, no-leaking.

Aseptic design.

The valves are suitable for applying in high flow rate, high corrosivity, high viscosity fluid.

Mooth contacting surface, non retention dead angle easy disassembly, easy maintainenance, easy to clean, CIP. Unique diaphragm type actuator which prolong the diaphragm service life effectively.

Body: casting or forging materials.

Gasket: EPDM, PTFE, teflon ( FDA approved raw material).

Size range: 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/4”,1 1/2”, 2”. Larger sizes are provided according to customers' requirements.
