Description

    The Stainless Steel Sanitary Grade Single Seat Mixproof Valve offers sizes from DN40 to DN100 and operates at a maximum pressure of 6BAR with a working temperature range of -10°C to +120°C. It features a RA0.5um surface finish, SS304 or SS316L contacted parts, and uses EPDM, silicone, or FPM sealing. Ideal for easy maintenance and CIP cleaning, it is suitable for use in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, with welded, threading, or triclover connections.

    The single seat mixproof valve is controlled by the pressed air. Normally the valve is closed. There are two small pneumatic valves in the two sides of the mixproof valve. One is detecting valve. The other is CIP valve.
