The Sanitary Pneumatic Shut Off Valve with Actuator is designed to change the flow direction of singular or non-mixed liquids. It offers easy disassembly, fast switching between NC and NO types, and smooth fluid flow through its spherical valve body. Made from SS304 or SS316L, it is widely used in food, beverage, dairy, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries, with a temperature range of -10°C to 120°C.

Features of the Sanitary Pneumatic Shut Off Valve With Actuator:

The flow diverting valve is used to change the flow direction. We have manual and pneumatic flow diverting valve. The main principle is to change the valve stem position. We have different valve body assemblies. You can check and choose the type wanted.

The flow divertion valve is used in singular liquid, or non-mixed liquid.

The divert valve is safe, clean, long-lasting and nice body.

The valve can switch between NC and NO type very easily and fast.

Easy disassemble and easy maintenance.

Open support bracket which separates the actuator and valve body, the design makes shaft seal checking easily.

Spherical valve body assures ideal fluidity .

Dealing material softly.

Ultra-thick spherical design avoid the deshape caused from heating stress .

All the contacting parts can be cleaned together or alone.

Temperature: -10 degree to 120 degree.

Gasket: EPDM, silicone, teflon ( FDA approved raw material).
