Description

The Stainless Steel Sanitary Weld Non-Reversing Flow Valve features CNC-machined body and disk, sanitary polished to meet food industry standards. It operates in a vertical pipeline, with a minimum pressure difference of 0.08 bar to open, and a flow direction from bottom to top. Made from SS304 or SS316L, it is easy to clean and maintain, suitable for various industries including food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceuticals.

The check valve body and disk are full CNC machined, sanitary polished to meet food industry.

The valves can be installed in vertical pipeline only.
The min. pressure difference is 0.08bar to open the valve.
Flow direction is from the bottom to the top side only
Asept, Non retention dead angle, easy to clean, easy to maintenance.
Operating temperature:-10 degree to 120 degree.

For pharmaceutical industries, we can supply mirror polishing for check valve disc. You can check the pictures in our true product photos.
