Operating Principles

The butterfly disc works as the oscillating knife
which allows the passage of the material. The valve has full opening and closing and the variety of regulators presents helps in maintaining the flow. The metal disc mounted on as a rod to open and close
the valve. When the valve is closed, the disc is turned so it completely blocks off the passageway. When the valve is fully open, the disc is rotated a quarter of a turn so that it allows most passage.
