Features and Characteristics:

Compact structure, fully self-draining, and no retention areas. Forged valve body with a dense intercrystalline structure allows for rapid and thorough sterilization. Integrated machining using advanced equipment ensures safe and reliable installation.

The part of the valve body in contact with liquid is made of SS316L, while the non-contacting part is made of SS304.

Valve body types: Two-way mirror finish, two-way sandblasted, three-way, U-type, T-type.

Gasket: Silicone, EPDM, integrated EPDM+PTFE membrane, separate EPDM/PTFE membrane.

Maximum pressure: 10 bar

Maximum temperature: -10°C to +120°C

Material quality: SS316L.

Internal surface finish: Ra 0.4.

Standards: DIN, SMS.
