Stainless steel service platform for safe access to multiple reactors and process vessels

The platform is developed for production areas where reactors are installed in-line or grouped with shared utility systems. It enables operators to perform inspection, raw material charging and maintenance of flanged connections and associated piping without relying on temporary ladders or mobile scaffolding.

Depending on plant layout, the system can be configured as:

✔️a permanently anchored load-bearing structure
✔️a modular assembly allowing phased installation and future reconfiguration

The design accounts for personnel traffic flow, routing of pipelines and cable trays, HVAC components and spatial constraints typical for classified cleanroom environments.

The frame is fabricated from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel to withstand exposure to cleaning chemicals, steam and aggressive process media. For aseptic applications, controlled surface roughness (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm) may be specified.

All structural welds are performed using TIG welding with subsequent finishing. The deck surface may be solid plate, textured, or grit-blasted to enhance slip resistance.
