200 L Process Reactor with heating/cooling Jacket and Agitator
The DATAPHARM 200 L reactor is a professional system engineered for technological processes requiring precise mixing and temperature control. The vessel is made of AISI 304/316L stainless steel, with an internal surface polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, eliminating dead zones and ensuring maximum hygiene.
The heating/cooling jacket allows accurate temperature regulation within 0…+150 °C (depending on configuration). The geared agitator provides stable and uniform mixing, including high-viscosity products. The sealed lid includes process ports for raw material feeding, vacuum connection, instrumentation, and CIP washing.
A reinforced mobile frame with swivel castors enables easy movement between production zones. The reactor is suitable for emulsification, dissolution, dispersion, heating, cooling, pasteurization, homogenization, and intermediate preparation.
Fully compliant with GMP, the system can be configured according to specific process requirements.
