Stainless Steel Tray for Washing Containers and Equipment in Pharmaceutical Cleanrooms (GMP)
The tray is a fully welded structure manufactured from sheet stainless steel with a reinforced base and optional engineered slope for directional drainage. It is intended for use in tooling preparation zones, component washing areas and in-process equipment servicing.
Manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L depending on cleanroom classification and chemical exposure. Sheet thickness and reinforcement layout are defined by engineering calculations considering operational loads and the weight of placed components.
The base may be flat or sloped toward a drainage outlet. An optional removable perforated insert separates processed items from the liquid collection zone.
The tray is used in container washing, tool preparation and process equipment maintenance areas. It is compatible with existing production layouts and can be integrated into sanitary modules.
