The Open RABS laminar flow system is designed to create a local controlled environment with a vertical flow of purified air. The equipment is used in pharmaceutical production during sampling, weighing or packaging operations. Thanks to multi-level filtration and efficient air distribution, the system ensures compliance with GMP requirements.

The system is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and is equipped with inspection panels, glove ports and airlocks.

The Open RABS is equipped with airflow velocity and differential pressure sensors, door opening sensors and a system of built-in partitions between laminar zones. The system supports multi-level user access and event logging to monitor compliance with regulations.

Open RABS is adapted to the specific technical task of the customer, taking into account the size, number of workplaces, filtering level and additional options. It can be supplied as a standalone module or as part of a comprehensive pharmaceutical solution.
