Full description

Precision Guide Plates for Accurate Product Positioning

These plates are manufactured using CNC machining from anodized aluminum or stainless steel. They feature precision-cut slots and mounting points for sensors, clamps, or tooling. The surface is finely finished to minimize friction and is compatible with moving parts. Optional upgrades include vacuum ports, lubrication channels, and quick-change format modules.

Guide plates are used in pharmaceutical and packaging lines to position and hold blisters, cartons, syringes, ampoules, or vials during feeding, forming, capping, and other operations. They ensure accurate movement and prevent displacement of the product.

Fully customized to fit equipment such as Marchesini, CAM, IMA, Uhlmann, and others.
