Stainless Steel Pallet 600×800 mm for Pharmaceutical Cleanrooms

The 600×800 mm pallet is a welded load-bearing platform featuring longitudinal reinforcement members integrated into a closed structural frame. The profile geometry ensures uniform load distribution and reduced deflection under both static and dynamic stresses.

The pallet is intended for use in primary and secondary pharmaceutical manufacturing areas, intermediate storage zones, ISO Class 5–8 cleanrooms and internal logistics corridors. The design allows contact with approved disinfectants, alcohol-based agents and cleaning solutions used under validated SOP protocols.

The load-bearing components are manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel depending on process requirements. All joints are produced using TIG welding with controlled heat input. Post-weld treatment includes mechanical finishing, micro-irregularity removal and surface passivation to restore corrosion resistance.

The structure eliminates enclosed cavities and particle retention zones. The open longitudinal layout promotes effective liquid drainage after washing and supports rapid drying without moisture accumulation.

The pallet is compatible with manual pallet trucks and internal handling systems. Fork entry height and permissible load limits are defined during the engineering phase.
