Marking numbers compatible with NORDEN equipment are used in pharmaceutical and cosmetic filling lines for applying permanent information on tubes and other packaging types.

The insert is shaped as a rectangular block with a precision slot and chamfer, providing:

  • Automatic holder alignment
  • Secure fixation without play
  • Elimination of tilting during embossing
  • Quick symbol replacement.

Produced from tool steel, heat-treated to 58–60 HRC, and finished with CNC engraving and EDM polishing.
Each piece is coated with a corrosion-resistant layer that withstands humidity, solvent vapors, and detergents — essential in pharma environments.
Embossing can be done in both hot and cold modes.
