Description

Tapered steel digits with radius-based mounting are designed for precision marking of batch numbers and expiry dates on aluminium foil and composite packaging, used in pharmaceutical packaging machines of A1–AU2–T series.

Made from hardened tool steel with an anti-corrosion coating, these digits are built for long-term use under high loads and frequent thermal cycles.

Accurate radius fit eliminates backlash and displacement, ensuring stable print quality at high speeds.

Full description

These conical digits are used in А1–АУ2–Т packaging machines to emboss variable data (batch number, expiry date, etc.) onto packaging tape — typically aluminium foil or multilayer laminated materials.
The truncated cone shape with radius-based seating ensures:

  • Tight self-centering fit with the marking unit
  • Alignment without additional guides
  • No rotation or shifting during embossing
  • Quick replacement without recalibration.

Made of wear-resistant tool steel, hardened to 58–60 HRC, and processed with CNC engraving and EDM grinding, these digits guarantee dimensional accuracy and uniform relief depth up to ±0.01 mm.

The anti-corrosion coating resists moisture, condensation, and solvent vapours — ideal for GMP-compliant pharmaceutical environments.
