Marking characters sized 8.85×6×2 mm are designed for the AXO 900 automatic tube filling machine and compatible equipment. They are used to emboss batch numbers, expiration dates, and identification codes on plastic or laminated tubes via hot or cold stamping. The compact size and precise geometry ensure secure positioning in the holder, crisp impressions, and easy replacement.

The AXO-900 font (8.85×6×2 mm) is used on pharmaceutical and cosmetic filling equipment, particularly tube-filling lines with automatic dosing and sealing, such as AXO 900, Rotomac, and similar models.

Characters are intended for end-face stamping on tubes to apply expiration dates, batch numbers (LOT), and other required data.

Manufactured from hardened tool steel, precision CNC and EDM processed, with ±0.01 mm tolerance. Each character is protected with an anti-corrosion coating resistant to moisture, detergents, and process contaminants.

The shape ensures tight fit and fast replacement without play or misalignment.
