The Sanitary Tank Cleaning Self-Priming Pump is designed for transferring gas-containing liquids in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, alcohol, and chemical industries, and can be used as a return pump in CIP systems or for high-pressure filtration. It features optimized geometry, advanced sealing, excellent self-priming ability, and energy-efficient, low-noise operation. All contact parts are made from AISI 316L stainless steel, with other components in AISI 304 and EPDM seals for reliable hygiene and durability.

Features and characteristics of the Sanitary Tank Cleaning Slef Priming:

Mainly used to deliver the liquid containing a part of gas in the fields such as pharmaceutical, alcohol, food, chemicals, beverages etc. and also used as return pump in on -the –spot CIP cleaning system, and used for liquid delivery that need high pressure filter .

The self priming pump is use to pump the liquid which level is low. The pump shell, cover and vane are made of high-grade stainless steel 304 or 316L; the motor is equipped with stainless steel shield, inner surface adopts mirror polishing, Ra0.28um, outer casing adopts wiredrawing treatment, completely accorded to GMP standard.
