The unit is manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel grade AISI 304 or AISI 316L, selected according to operational conditions such as humidity, aggressive cleaning agents, and disinfection frequency. All surfaces undergo mechanical finishing with roughness control. The frame maintains dimensional stability and load-bearing performance under continuous daily use.
The four storage levels are evenly distributed along the frame height, ensuring organized placement of containers, components, and tools without creating inaccessible areas. Depending on the technical specification, shelves can be:
- solid — suitable for small items and containers;
- perforated — providing enhanced airflow, drainage, and reduced particle accumulation.
Support legs are equipped with stainless steel adjustable feet allowing precise leveling on uneven floors. The frame geometry eliminates enclosed cavities, facilitating sanitary cleaning and visual inspection.
