400 L Mobile Reactor for Product Preparation and Mixing Processes

The reactor consists of a vertical cylindrical stainless steel vessel equipped with a top-mounted mechanical agitator drive. This design ensures efficient mixing throughout the entire working volume, prevents component sedimentation, and promotes a homogeneous product structure.

The mobile configuration allows the unit to be easily relocated within the production facility without the need for lifting equipment. A reinforced support frame and heavy-duty swivel casters provide excellent stability and safe operation even when the vessel is fully loaded.

The reactor is suitable for the preparation of solutions, syrups, suspensions, cosmetic creams, gels, liquid concentrates, food ingredients, chemical formulations, and various process media. Depending on production requirements, the system can be equipped with different agitator designs, heating and cooling systems, process monitoring sensors, and automated control solutions.

The vessel body and all product-contact components are manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel. Internal surfaces are mechanically finished to facilitate cleaning procedures and ensure compliance with current GMP requirements.
