Description

Blower airlock – equipment for cleaning the outer clothing of personnel using a directed stream of purified air before entering the clean area. It increases the level of microbiological safety and meets GMP requirements.

It is developed individually according to the customer's specifications.

Full description

The blower airlock is designed to reduce the risk of contamination transfer by personnel when entering areas with high air cleanliness requirements. Purification is carried out using a directed horizontal airflow supplied through a multi-stage filtration system (F7 + H14).

The airlock structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel and consists of a sturdy frame, stainless steel panels, tempered glass doors, an automated control cabinet with a control panel, and an indication system.

The airflow is created by a centrifugal fan. The design includes 12 nozzles that form effective blow-off in the working area of the airlock.

The airlock is equipped with a safety system, electromagnetic locks, an emergency switch, a pressure switch, as well as LED indicators for operation and door opening. It is intended for stationary
installation.
