Caplet Blister Blow Plate — Forming Matrix for Oval Tablets

This plate is used in the thermoforming section of blister machines, where preheated polymer film (PVC, PP, PET) is shaped using compressed air into oval cavities. These are ideal for caplets — elongated, smooth tablets, often coated.
The plate is compatible with equipment from UhlmannMarchesiniIMAMedisealNoack, and others. It is produced according to the exact blister format and caplet parameters: length, width, height, and radius.
