Versatile Chemical Protective Glove Jugitec® BV — maximum protection with multilayer structure
The versatile chemical protective glove Jugitec BV consists of a butyl base layer and a Viton® fluorocarbon rubber coating. The Viton® (trade mark) outer layer is resistant to aliphatic and aromatic
hydrocarbons (hexane, benzene, toluene, xylene and others), halogenated hydrocarbons (trichloroethylene, perchloroethylene, methylene chloride and many
others),organic and inorganic acids, alkalis (bases)
and saturated salt solutions. The butyl layer offers protection when working with polar hydrocarbons such as esters and ketones. This model has good resistance to ozone ageing and at the same time being highly impermeable to gases. The protective work gloves are primarily used in the chemical industry, laboratories and also in the field of disaster control. Due to their high temperature resistance and resistance to many oils, organic solvents and oxidizing chemicals, their field of application is flexible and versatile.
The gloves are available in two lengths — 300 mm and 350 mm, allowing you to choose the optimal size for specific tasks.
📌 Material properties of the protective work gloves Jugitec® BV03/BV07:
- Temperature range: – 20°C to +90°C
- Resistance to oils, many solvents and oxidizing chemicals
- Very high gas impermeability, for example water vapor
- Combination of butyl rubber and Viton® coating protects against both hydrocarbons (BIIR) and aromatic solvents (FKM)
PROTECTION AGAINST MICROORGANISMS according to EN ISO 374-5:2016.
Glove to protect against bacteria, fungi and viruses. The resistance to penetration was tested under laboratory conditions and only refers to the tested samples.
