This drainage system is designed for integration into the floor structure of pharmaceutical facilities where sanitary washing of equipment and transport trolleys used in ampoule production is performed. The design ensures controlled and safe removal of process water, preventing the spread of contamination beyond the washing area and maintaining stable hygienic conditions.
The unit is manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel grades AISI 304 or AISI 316L, intended for long-term operation under regular exposure to hot water, steam, acidic and alkaline cleaning agents. The material retains its mechanical strength and hygienic properties during intensive sanitation cycles.
The internal geometry of the drainage channel is formed with a defined slope to ensure fast and complete liquid discharge. Upon request, the system can be equipped with a removable perforated grate designed to protect the sewage system from solid particles and to allow safe movement of trolleys across the floor surface. Welded joints are executed with minimal radii and without sharp edges, facilitating cleaning and visual inspection.
