These characters are specifically designed for Rotovac 120 Plus blister lines and used for hot and cold embossing on roll-fed materials, including aluminum foil, laminates, and thermoformable films. The elongated rectangular shape with a rounded edge allows:

  • quick orientation in the holder
  • firm fixation without shifting
  • fonsistent embossing depth at high speeds.

Made from hardened tool steel (58–60 HRC), the characters undergo precise CNC and EDM machining. An anti-corrosion coating protects them from moisture, cleaning agents, solvent vapors, and temperature fluctuations — in full compliance with GMP standards.
