Marking Numbers and Symbols for Nebule Ampoules

Numbers with internal engraving, manufactured from high-quality hardened tool steel, are specifically designed for marking nebules — single-dose plastic ampoules containing inhalation solutions. Such ampoules are widely used in respiratory therapy applications.

The concave engraving (inverse character profile) creates a raised embossed code during marking, maintaining readability even when the packaging is deformed. This is especially important for soft plastic ampoules exposed to compression and transportation loads.

The numbers withstand high mechanical and thermal loads and are suitable for hot embossing applications. Each insert is additionally protected with an anti-corrosion coating resistant to moisture and pharmaceutical residues.
