The 50-liter stainless steel mobile container is intended for sanitary collection of process solutions, ingredients, and liquid media under strict hygiene requirements. The design includes a cylindrical vessel with a flat bottom, a removable lid, and ergonomic side handles.
To simplify internal logistics, the container is fitted with four maneuverable swivel wheels, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Internal surfaces are polished to Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, preventing product adhesion and facilitating sanitary cleaning.
Upon request, the unit can be equipped with additional nozzles, drainage assemblies, level sensors, or any type of mixer. All dimensions, metal thickness, and configuration can be customized according to the client’s technical requirements.
