Mobile Stainless Steel Access Platform for Chemical Tank Servicing

The platform enables controlled access to manholes, nozzles, level indicators, flanged connections and auxiliary fittings. It is suitable for production areas requiring high corrosion resistance and strict sanitary compliance.

The supporting frame is manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel depending on chemical exposure and cleaning procedures. For aggressive processing environments, AISI 316L with surface treatment is recommended.

Load-bearing elements are TIG welded and mechanically finished. Structural calculations are performed to ensure safe operation under expected service loads.

  3. Industrial-grade swivel casters with locking system
