Pharmaceutical Stainless Steel Cabinet with Three Internal Shelves for Cleanroom Applications
This storage unit is intended for use in classified production areas (Grades D/C/B as defined by GMP Annex 1). Suitable for reagents, primary packaging components, tools, SOP documentation and auxiliary equipment in facilities requiring routine sanitation cycles.
The cabinet body and shelves are manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel with a pharmaceutical-grade finish. The material provides chemical resistance to alcohol-based, chlorine-based and quaternary ammonium disinfectants and tolerates repetitive cleaning in high-humidity environments.
The structural design follows hygienic engineering principles:
- minimized joint intersections
- radiused internal corners
- elimination of horizontal dust-retaining surfaces
The sloped top geometry prevents particle accumulation and supports GMP inspection readiness.
All welds are TIG-executed, mechanically finished and passivated. A controlled surface roughness option (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm) is available for aseptic applications.
The three load-bearing shelves are engineered to withstand operational loads typical for laboratory and production use. Configuration options include:

The internal layout enables segregation of materials based on cleanliness status.
Double-leaf doors are fitted with reinforced adjustable hinges featuring concealed mounting. Optional locking systems or magnetic closures can be integrated.
