L-shaped hardened steel digits (Roman and Arabic) for the Kronos M-80 marking machine are designed for imprinting batch numbers, expiry dates, and codes on packaging by embossing. The special L-shape ensures precise, backlash-free positioning in the font holder, critical for high-speed production lines.

These marking digits, compatible with Kronos M-80 machines, are used to apply permanent information on blister and other pharmaceutical packaging. The L-shaped design ensures:

  • Stable orientation in the font holder
  • No shifting or rotation during operation
  • Fast replacement without recalibration

The digits are made from tool steel, hardened to 58–60 HRC, and precision-machined using CNC engraving and EDM finishing.

Each element is coated with a corrosion-resistant layer, protecting against moisture, disinfectants, and vapors of active substances.

Suitable for both hot and cold embossing in high-intensity production environments.
