Cleanroom Gowning Station with Step-Over Bench and Storage System

The gowning station controls personnel transition between different cleanliness zones by creating a physical separation point. The step-over bench enforces a controlled change procedure, preventing cross-contamination between external and controlled environments.

The lower compartmentalized section accommodates change shoes, while the upper storage module may include open or hybrid shelving for gowns, coveralls, headwear and other personal protective equipment.

The frame and load-bearing elements are fabricated from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Material selection (AISI 304 or AISI 316L) depends on cleanroom classification and sanitation frequency. Surfaces are brushed or polished, with optional controlled surface finish available upon request.

All welds are TIG-executed and mechanically finished. Edges are rounded to eliminate injury risks and reduce particle accumulation.
