Cleanroom Hygiene Station with Step-Over Bench, Washing Unit and Storage Cabinet

The hygiene station is installed at the interface between unclassified areas and cleanrooms, ensuring a strictly defined sequence of personnel actions and preventing uncontrolled cross-flow.

🔬 Structural Components:

  1. Step-Over Bench with Storage Compartments. The bench acts as a physical barrier separating “dirty” and “clean” zones while also serving as a storage unit. Individual compartments are предусмотрены for change footwear, with optional labeling.
  2.  Washing Unit. The sink is integrated into the worktop with a 3–5° slope to ensure complete drainage and eliminate stagnant zones.
  3. Storage Cabinet / Shelving Unit. The vertical storage module is designed for organizing the gowning area.
