Stainless steel service platform for safe access to multiple reactors and process vessels

This platform is intended for production areas where several reactors are installed in line or within a shared block. The structure is engineered for high loads and can be built as a fixed or modular system with disassembly options.

The platform includes anti-slip stairs, access hatches, and rounded safety railings, and is tailored to the specific layout of the facility. Design considers access paths, utility lines, and spatial restrictions.

Made from AISI 304 or 316L stainless steel, the surface can be mechanically polished or treated to Ra ≤ 0.8. Non-slip finishes such as ribbed or sandblasted coatings are available. Additional features include vibration-dampening feet, anchor points, and inspection ports.
