Description

Small ampoule trays with round perforations are designed for the safe handling, sterilization, transportation, and storage of glass ampoules in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. The design ensures secure positioning of each ampoule in an individual compartment, preventing product damage during processing, washing, sterilization, and transfer between production areas.

The trays are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel and are suitable for use in cleanrooms, sterilization departments, and injectable drug manufacturing lines.

Full description

Perforated Stainless Steel Ampoule Trays

Pharmaceutical ampoule trays are used to organize technological processes involved in the production of sterile medicinal products. The round perforations allow unrestricted circulation of steam, hot air, water, and disinfecting solutions, which is particularly important during washing, depyrogenation, and sterilization procedures.

The design enables ampoules of various sizes and capacities to be positioned securely and accurately. This prevents contact between glass containers and significantly reduces the risk of breakage during handling and processing.

The trays are manufactured according to customer-specific dimensions and can be customized to accommodate particular ampoule formats, processing equipment requirements, and sterilization chamber specifications. Upon request, the trays may be supplied with lids, guide elements, identification markings, and batch traceability features.

Manufacturing utilizes AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel grades, providing excellent resistance to moisture, aggressive cleaning agents, disinfectants, and repeated sterilization cycles.

Smooth surfaces and the absence of hard-to-clean areas facilitate effective cleaning and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical hygiene and sanitation requirements.

✅ Advantages:

  • Secure positioning of ampoules in individual compartments.
  • Reduced risk of glass container damage.
  • Unrestricted circulation of sterilizing media through the perforated structure.
  • Manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel.
  • Compatible with autoclaves and pharmaceutical washing machines.
  • Excellent corrosion and chemical resistance.
  • Available for virtually any ampoule size and format.
  • Easy cleaning and sanitation.
  • Long service life.
  • GMP-compliant design.
