This model implements a dual-zone storage architecture, tailored to real operational processes in cleanroom environments:

  • open shelving module (left section) — designed for storing containers, tooling, consumables, and equipment requiring rapid access;
  • closed module with individual compartments (right section) — provides an isolated storage space for personal belongings, tools, or sensitive components.

This separation enables efficient workflow while maintaining clear segregation between material flows and personal items within a single area.

The design is particularly effective in gowning and pre-gowning zones, as well as in intermediate areas between process stages where a clear distinction between open and protected storage is required.

The cabinet body is manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel, suitable for operation under conditions of frequent sanitation, exposure to disinfectants, and high humidity. The material maintains structural integrity, resists corrosion, and minimizes contamination adherence.
