Cassette Stand for Pharmaceutical Cleanrooms (GMP)
The stainless steel cassette stand is a welded spatial frame incorporating a longitudinal load-bearing configuration and support elements engineered for uniform load distribution. Profile geometry is optimized to control deflection under both static placement and dynamic movement within production areas.
The unit is used in aseptic and non-aseptic pharmaceutical environments including sterilization sections, component preparation, intermediate storage and packaging areas. The design allows secure placement of various cassette formats while maintaining airflow accessibility and compatibility with validated sanitation procedures (SOP).
Manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel depending on cleanroom classification and chemical exposure, the stand features TIG-welded joints with controlled heat input to minimize residual stresses. Post-weld processing includes mechanical finishing and surface passivation to restore corrosion resistance.
The open grid configuration promotes effective drainage after washing, prevents moisture retention and reduces microbiological contamination risks. The structure eliminates enclosed cavities and inaccessible areas in line with hygienic equipment design standards.
Support elements may be equipped with adjustable feet to compensate for floor irregularities and ensure structural stability within cleanrooms.
