Stainless Steel Drying Rack with Perforated Shelves and Individual Drain Trays

The hygienic drying rack is engineered for controlled removal of residual moisture from equipment, tools, and process components after washing and disinfection in clean production environments. It is applied in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, and food processing facilities where prevention of recontamination and controlled airflow management are critical.

The frame is manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L, selected according to chemical exposure and sanitation intensity. Load-bearing elements are fabricated from rectangular tubing using hygienic TIG welding, followed by weld finishing and passivation. Surface finish is ground or polished with controlled roughness parameters in accordance with project specifications.

Working levels are designed as perforated shelves to provide:

  • uniform airflow distribution between tiers;
  • accelerated evaporation of residual moisture;
  • reduced condensation risk;
  • visual inspection of hygienic condition.

Each tier is equipped with a dedicated removable stainless steel drain tray for localized collection of runoff and droplets. This layout prevents moisture transfer to lower levels, simplifies cleaning procedures, and reduces cross-contamination risks.

Configuration is defined individually based on room dimensions, product types, personnel flow, and quality system requirements. Supports include height-adjustable feet to compensate for floor irregularities and ensure structural stability under operational loads.

The frame geometry eliminates enclosed cavities and hard-to-access areas, complying with hygienic engineering principles and clean area equipment standards.

🔧 Technical Parameters:
