The Sanitary Union Manual Direct Way Butterfly Control Valve offers excellent acid, alkali, and high-temperature resistance, with a temperature range of -10°C to 120°C. It features a forged body and disc, FDA-approved gaskets, and is available in both pneumatic and electric actuator options. Commonly used in food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, this valve provides easy maintenance and high torque with a variety of connection options.

Conpact design, easy maintenance and high torque.

Body: forging body and forging disc

Manual handle: pull handle, plastic gripper handle or stainless steel gripper handle.

Actuated type: both pneumatic butterfly valve and electric butterfly valves  are available

For pneumatic butterfly valves, we have single action type (air/ spring) and also double action type (air/air). And we can also equipped with control box or proximity device for single transfer.

Gasket: EPDM, silicone or Viton

All gaskets are FDA approved

Max. Pressure: 16BAR for welding connections; 10BAR for other connections

The butterfly valve body and disk are full CNC machined, sanitary polished to meet food industry.
