Stainless Steel Process Vessel 100 L with Clamping Ring
The DATAPHARM 100 L process vessel is intended for use in cleanrooms and laboratories requiring the highest hygiene and precision.
The body and lid are made of AISI 304 stainless steel (optionally AISI 316L), providing excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and cleaning agents. The internal surfaces are finely polished (Ra < 0.8 µm) to facilitate CIP cleaning and prevent cross-contamination. Rounded internal geometry, polished welds, and a smooth outer surface ensure full compliance with GMP hygiene requirements.
The vessel includes side handles for safe handling and lifting. Its reinforced base and geometry provide excellent stability when filled to full capacity.
