The hygienic stainless steel rack is designed for positioning tooling, containers, and auxiliary components in controlled cleanliness environments. It is applied in pharmaceutical production lines, laboratories, packaging zones, inspection areas, and product preparation sections where stable airflow and prevention of moisture accumulation are required.
The working surface is manufactured as a perforated panel with calculated hole diameter and spacing to ensure continuous air circulation and uniform condensate removal. This geometry reduces stagnant areas and minimizes the risk of localized contamination.
The frame is fabricated from stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L depending on operational conditions and chemical exposure. The structure is intended for repeated contact with steam, disinfectants, and cleaning agents. Welded joints are produced using TIG welding followed by finishing and passivation. The surface is ground or electropolished with controlled roughness parameters according to project requirements.
Two execution options are available:
- stationary — with height-adjustable supports for floor compensation;
- mobile — equipped with industrial-grade castors and brake locking.
Optional integration includes a lower storage level, perimeter guards, guide elements, or customized identification marking. Overall dimensions and configuration are defined based on facility layout, personnel flow, and calculated operational loads.
The frame geometry eliminates enclosed cavities and inaccessible areas, complying with hygienic design principles and clean area equipment standards.
