Stainless Steel Service Platform for Reactor and Process Vessel Access
The platform supports operations such as raw material charging, inspection, sampling, cleaning and scheduled maintenance of process equipment.
It improves operator safety during elevated work and ensures convenient access to manways, agitator drives, sensors, nozzles and auxiliary fittings.
The load-bearing frame is fabricated from AISI 316L stainless steel, suitable for aggressive environments and frequent sanitation cycles. AISI 304 is available for standard industrial conditions.
All structural joints are TIG welded, followed by mechanical finishing and passivation. Surface finish can be specified with controlled roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, meeting pharmaceutical GMP Annex 1 requirements.
Structural calculations account for:
- operator weight
- tooling and auxiliary equipment
- dynamic service loads
Available configurations include:
- fully welded fixed installation with floor anchoring
- modular assembly allowing future expansion
