Description

The homogenizing reactor is designed for the preparation, blending, dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization of liquid, semi-viscous, viscous, and multi-component products used in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic, food, and chemical industries. The equipment ensures a uniform product structure, formulation stability, and consistent process repeatability throughout production.

The system is manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel and can be equipped with a high-shear homogenizer, various agitator configurations, heating and cooling systems, a vacuum module, and an automated control system.

Full description

Pharmaceutical Homogenizing Reactor for Emulsions and Suspensions

The homogenizing reactor is a versatile processing unit intended for the production of creams, ointments, gels, syrups, solutions, suspensions, emulsions, cosmetic formulations, and other products requiring intensive mixing and uniform distribution of ingredients.

The reactor design combines mechanical agitation with high-shear homogenization, enabling efficient particle size reduction and thorough component dispersion. This approach promotes the production of stable emulsions, minimizes phase separation, and significantly reduces overall processing time.

Its sealed construction protects the product from external contamination and supports compliance with sanitary requirements in cleanroom environments. The equipment can operate under atmospheric pressure or vacuum conditions, making it suitable for products sensitive to oxidation, aeration, or foaming.

The reactor may be fitted with a heating and cooling jacket for precise temperature control throughout the process. Optional CIP and SIP systems allow automated cleaning and sterilization without dismantling the equipment.

All product-contact surfaces receive pharmaceutical-grade finishing and comply with GMP principles, FDA recommendations, and modern hygienic design standards.

Each DATAPHARM homogenizing reactor is individually engineered according to product characteristics, required production capacity, and customer-specific process requirements.
