Stainless Steel Tray for Industrial Sanitary Washing of Containers and Tooling

This tray is designed as a robust and hygienic solution for organizing industrial washing areas for containers, trays, and interchangeable process tooling. The product is used in production and washing rooms where reliable collection and drainage of water are required during intensive sanitation operations.

The structure is manufactured from corrosion-resistant stainless steel grades AISI 304 or AISI 316L, providing resistance to constant exposure to moisture, detergents, and disinfectants. The tray is designed for operation under increased loads and maintains mechanical strength and sanitary properties under regular cleaning conditions.

Upon request, the tray can be equipped with a removable perforated grate designed for efficient water drainage and to prevent contact of washed items with residual liquid. The geometry and overall dimensions are selected individually, taking into account the layout of the washing area and the type of containers being processed.
